At Certified Recycling, LLC, we’re really into recycling, but we don’t do this just for us. Recycling appliances, electronics and furniture gets junk out of your space and keeps the planet looking and feeling good. And who doesn’t love looking and feeling good?
So, instead of tossing your laptop or microwave in the trash, give it to us. Why? Because we recycle 98.6% of everything that comes through our door. That’s only 1.4% away from perfection. But we’re not here to brag. We’re here to recycle.
We recycle the big stuff most curbside bins can’t handle. Old appliances, dead electronics, tired furniture, mattresses, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, automotive equipment, and more. We’re based in Burnsville and serve the entire Twin Cities metro. We come to you with curbside pickup, or you can drop your stuff off at our warehouse.
Yes. Residential curbside pickups include a single-truck charge in addition to the per-item fees. The current rate is on our pricing page.
Head to certifiedrecycling.org, pick the items you want gone, add them to your cart, check out, and choose a pickup date based on your city’s route day. On pickup day, set your stuff at the curb. We do the rest. You’re probably busy being a beautiful and important person.
For power equipment like lawn mowers, snowblowers, and small gas engines, yes. Please drain the gas and oil before pickup so our crew stays safe. Appliances are different. Leave the coolant right where it is. Our trained team removes those chemicals at our facility.
Paints, medical waste, and containers of chemicals. We also can’t take regular curbside recyclables like cans and glass bottles. That’s what your city bin is for.
We permanently destroy it. We never turn on your devices, we never go looking through your files, and your personal data is destroyed as part of the recycling process. Your stuff is safe with us.
